Video to Text Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when a purchase made for Video to Text is eligible for a refund.
Video to Text uses prepaid usage minutes. We offer refunds in limited cases so the policy stays fair to both users and the product.
1. When a refund is available
You may request a full refund for a purchase if both of the following conditions are met:
- Your request is made within 14 days of the purchase date.
- The minutes from that specific order have not been used at all.
If either condition is not met, the purchase is not eligible for a refund.
2. When a refund is not available
We cannot issue a refund in the following cases:
- any portion of the purchased minutes from that order has already been used
- the request is submitted more than 14 days after the purchase
- the request concerns free promotional minutes rather than a paid order
- the request concerns a different order than the one whose minutes were consumed
3. Examples
Example A
You purchase a minute bundle and do not use any of the minutes from that order. If you contact us within 14 days, the purchase can be refunded.
Example B
You purchase a minute bundle and use even part of the minutes from that order. That order becomes non-refundable, even if the request is made within 14 days.
4. How to request a refund
If you believe your order qualifies, email dkphhh@foxmail.com and include enough detail for us to review the request, such as:
- the email address used for the purchase
- your user ID, if available
- the transaction or order ID
- the date of purchase
We may ask for additional information if we need it to verify the order.
